VII. Temporary Sanctions
TECHNOCOM TRADE may immediately and without notice suspend, restrict and/or terminate a User’s access to the website where the User acts contrary to the law, this Policy, morality or accepted standards of conduct.
In such cases, TECHNOCOM TRADE is not liable for any loss, damage or loss of profit suffered by the website User or third parties as a result of the suspension, restriction and/or termination of the User’s access to the website.
Where there are sufficient grounds to suspect that an act by a website User may constitute a criminal offence, TECHNOCOM TRADE will refer the matter to the competent state authorities and provide all information and materials necessary to help identify the perpetrator and establish the offence.

VIII. Services Requiring Registration
TECHNOCOM TRADE reserves the right to make access to certain services subject to mandatory registration. These services are:
– Registration to receive newsletters published by TECHNOCOM TRADE;
– Voting in a survey;
– Participation in prize promotions.

IX. Paid Services
TECHNOCOM TRADE does not provide shopping facilities on its websites. To purchase a product or products listed in the catalogue, you must visit the online or physical shops of the pharmacy chains with which we work.
